Ngokuthatha amathuba alethwe yi-BRI, sekwakhiwe amaphrojekthi amakhulu afana nentambo yokudluliswa kukagesi i-Datka-Kemin, isikole e-Bishkek nesibhedlela, kusho lesi sikhulu.
“Ngaphezu kwalokho, ngaphakathi kohlaka lwalolu hlelo, ukuthuthukiswa kwephrojekthi yokwakha ujantshi wesitimela waseChina-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan kuzoqala,” kusho uZheenaliev. "Lesi yisikhathi esibaluleke kakhulu emlandweni waseKyrgyzstan."
Wathi: “Igatsha likaloliwe kuleli alithuthukisiwe, futhi ukwakhiwa kwalo jantshi kuzovumela iKyrgyzstan ukuthi iphume lapho kusuke khona umzila wesitimela ifinyelele ezingeni elisha lezokuthutha nezokuthutha,” esho.
Lesi sikhulu siphinde sazwakalisa ukuzethemba ukuthi i-Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region yase-China ingaba ngesinye sezitimela eziyinhloko ekukhuthazeni izinhlelo ze-Kyrgyz-Chinese.

"Silindele ukuthi ukuthunyelwa kwethu kwezimpahla emazweni angaphandle kuzokwanda kakhulu futhi i-Xinjiang ibe ngesinye sezitimela eziyinhloko ekukhuthazeni imibono yamasu ahlangene kanye nezinhlelo mayelana nalokhu," kusho uZheenaliev.
