The restricted shares granted in 2018 vest 33.3% per year on April 8 of each year in the period 2019 through 2021 and are eligible for full dividend and voting rights. Restricted shares not vested and dividends on those restricted shares are subject to forfeiture under the terms of the restricted stock award agreement.
