The Company’s noncontributory funded pension plan covers substantially all corporate employees and OTP nonunion employees hired prior to September 1, 2006, and all union employees of OTP hired prior to November 1, 2013, excluding Coyote Station employees. The consolidated capital expenditure plan for the 2019-2023 time period calls for $1.1 billion based on the need for additional wind and solar in rate base, capital spending for the Astoria Station natural gas-fired plant that is part of our replacement solution for Hoot Lake Plant when it is retired in 2021, technology-related investments and transmission investments, including Self-Funded upgrades.
